LLM (1 years programme): Starting in 2022, the School of Law at ITM University, Raipur will offer the first postgraduate programmes focusing on specializations in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Corporate Law. Our Master of Laws (LL.M) focuses on the legal system, with a flexible and far-reaching curriculum that prepares students for leadership roles in the increasingly globalized marketplace. The full-time, two-year LL.M provides students with foundational skills and knowledge that are immediately applicable to real-world legal practice. The LLM curriculum stimulates critical thinking and practical problem solving in addition to providing you with a thorough grounding in Indian Legal System.

LL.M (Constitutional Law):
Students in this course are taught about every aspect of the constitution of India, judicial
process, different rulings of the Supreme Court and High Courts and their interpretation etc. It
also includes the study and scope of individual rights against the state and study of the
federal relationship of the country.
LL.M (Criminal Law):
Criminal law includes the study of rules, regulations related to crime prevention. It also deals
with the policy development to prevent crime and make an effective system of policing. A
specialized criminal lawyer handles the crime cases inside the court of law.
LL.M (Corporate Law):
Corporate law deals with the study of a state-corporate relationship, government policies
regarding the activities of the corporate sector, regulating frameworks and others.
